Filing for removal of the conditional residency can be a long and expensive process.
I came to the U.S in 2000 and that’s when my whole process started. In 2002 prior to the expiration of my green card my spouse and I filed a joint application. However while waiting for the interview we decided to divorce. I was required to file a second i751 Application (waiver) and in May of 2007 after an Interview, it was finally approved. While waiting for the i751 Waiver to be approved I completed the 5 years as a resident and applied for Naturalization with the N400 Form scheduled interview June 2,2008 Naturalization Granted!!!!!
This e-book is documenting my experience and things I learned from filing the i751 application. It contains very helpful advice and tips about USCIS resources you can use, links, and important documents samples.
